- For US Customers (All 50 states and Puerto Rico): FedEx 3rd Day Air (Delivery by end of the 3rd day).
- For International Customers: FedEx Express (Delivery by end of the 5th day).

What shipping method does glassesofshops use?
glassesofshops uses FedEx as the primary carrier for most orders. For international orders in areas with no coverage for FedEx we can use other shipping companies.  
Where does glassesofshops ship from?
glassesofshops operates a state-of-the-art warehouse center in Port Orange,FL for US.
For our European customers we ship from Rome (Italy) or London (United Kingdom), from Hong Kong for Asian customers and Melbourne for Australian customers, so you will not have to pay any custom charges or other taxes.
When will I get my package?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours after we have verified your payment.

* FedEx 3 Day Select: Delivery by the end of the 3rd day - For US Customers (All 50 states and Puerto Rico)
* FedEx Express: Delivery by end of the 5th day - For International Customers

Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 6days (for payments received on Saturday afternoon or Sunday the shipping will be scheduled for Monday morning).
Do I have to sign for my package?
YES! For security reasons, all shipments require a signature at the receiving location.


We accept returns on products with in the 30 day return period with a 3% restocking fee. Restocking fees & shipping/ handling/ insurance fees will be deducted from the credit card that we have on file.
- Shipping, Handling, and Insurance charges are not refundable.

 - Returns on all Audio and Video products, including Video cameras, Digital Cameras,DVD Players, Receivers, and Computer products and related accessories are accepted within thirty (30) days of receipt.

 -All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) clearly labeled on return box. Please call for RMA number prior to returning your package. Returns that are not clearly labeled with RMA number will not be accepted.

 -Refused packages are subject to loss of shipping/handling and insurance.

 -All returns must be in mint condition, with all of the following: Original manufacturer’s box, unmarked instructions and manuals, Blank warranty and/or serial number cards, Cardboard and/or Styrofoam packaging, and all other included factory accessories.

 -We cannot accept any returns on products with filled-out warranty cards or product registrations.

 -All refunds posted within 10-14 days of receipt of return.

 -All orders must be canceled by our customer service department via email.
